"Assur" is a system developed by SkillUpJapan for rental guarantee operations.
Assur integrates a wide range of operations that up to now had been processed individually, such as reception, contracts, and guarantee operations. This system automates various processes that are essential to rental guarantee operations, including notification of renewal schedules, arrears management, and forwarding invoice data to credit companies, to minimize labor and ensure efficient and reliable rental operations.
Based on tenant information created from the database of arrears histories, the property owners can implement efficient risk management, for example by checking the names of tenants who are notorious for neglecting, or even refusing, to pay rent. We conducted studies with MAG Net Inc. to determine whether we could create new business using MAG Net's "Rent Guarantee Service" business. Eventually, the plan focused on one of MAG Net's greatest strengths; namely, its extensive real estate network and database of properties.
Complete support, from conceptualization to system promotions
SkillUpJapan provided complete support in the construction of the new MAG Net system, from conceptualization to promotions after implementation. We worked closely with the customer throughout the entire process, creating an original "MAG Net" mascot character, designing system collaborations that took into consideration affinity with rent guarantee services, and creating promotions after the system went into operation. Partly as a result of this new service, real estate related inquiries increased dramatically, and SkillUpJapan received glowing reviews from both MAG Net Inc. and real estate companies.
