SkillUpJapan offers three types of packages

DigPot is an e-commerce site construction solution that allows you to customize your site according to your own corporate scale or business style.

We offer a total of three types of packages: a "Basic Package" with a full lineup of basic functions, including shopping carts and membership management; an "Advanced Package," which offers functions such as CMS (Content Management Systems) and logistics management in addition to the Basic Package; and the "Enterprise Package," which incorporates middleware that can be adapted even to complex transactions.

You can also choose an ASP (Application Service Provider) format, or purchase the package outright.

Support to meet all needs, including logistics

Even if you have no experience in operating an e-commerce site, you will be able to incorporate advanced functions just by adding links to your existing site.

We will provide all the know-how required to operate and manage an e-commerce site, and support logistics processes as well, such as customer response, product shipments, and warehouse functions, depending on your requirements. Even if most of your management resources are focused on brick-and-mortar outlets, DigPot will help you to achieve stress-free e-commerce site operations.

Based on DigPot we are able to offer extensive CRM functions, along with affiliate functions and product registration functions using Adobe Flash. We provide CRM functions to facilitate future applications rather than functions for management. In summary we make your website look attractive and are able to include all the functionalities required in an e-commerce website.

Well-known TV Shopping site renews its system
Various proposals offered for system renewal

kaesell.com is a site that has been in operation for some time. SkillUpJapan was asked to work on the system renewal. We offered a variety of proposals, based on the key words "Shopping program" and "Source vendor."

System construction uses advantages offered by DigPot

The new kaesell.com system was constructed using SkillUpJapan's DigPot. By using DigPot, we were able to offer a variety of advantages, including reduced completion time and flexibility when specification changes were required.

Services expanded through tie-up with Tri-Stage Inc.
Plans for gradual roll-out of services, including compatibility with mobile phone sites

Currently, kaesell.com is operating only as a PC site, but there are plans to roll out new services in collaboration with Tri-Stage Inc. The first step will be to offer compatibility with Internet sites designed for mobile phones.

Continuous development of simple, effective functions

SkillUpJapan developed functions that were simple and effective from the perspective of both Tri-Stage and regular consumers. We constructed a system to facilitate collaborations with Tri-Stage from the planning phase, incorporating elements such as a CMS (Content Management System) so that the site design could be modified for each program, and a "Guest Purchase" function that enables users to make purchases even if they are not registered members.

Comments from the staff

This e-commerce site is linked to a TV shopping channel, and all of the products sold can be returned if the buyer is not satisfied. The site uses a wide range of contents that you would expect to see in connection with TV shopping, and the site is configured specifically to appeal to shoppers.
You can check the products on TV, and make your purchases through this site.

Powerful partnership formed with FujiFilm Imaging Co., Ltd.
What is "Drop Shipping"?

"Drop Shipping" is a new style of Internet sales and distribution. Based on this model, users are able to sell products via the Internet even if they do not have those products in their own direct stock.

New business model effectively uses the strengths of both companies

This business model makes full use of FujiFilm Imaging's brand strength and SkillUpJapan's technologies and experience in e-commerce site construction and operation. The two companies collaborate in offering the services based on a common awareness, to ensure the success of this business.

Providing flexible systems based on DigPot
Offering enhances functions

Based on SkillUpJapan's "DigPot," we are able to offer extensive CRM functions, along with affiliate functions and product registration functions using Adobe Flash. We provide CRM functions to facilitate future applications rather than functions for management.

Implementation with a view toward future services

Because we participated in this project from the proposal of the business model, we were able to implement the new functions taking into consideration both current and future business and systems. We made full use of DigPot's flexibility, which has been proven through implementation in several dozen sites.

Comments from the staff

At Design Garden, our motto is "Fun to Buy, and Fun to Create!" We only carry rare items that cannot be purchased at regular shops and websites. We have famous designer items as well, so be sure to check out our site. Famous designer items in particular can only be purchased here.
I'd just like to add that it has been a great pleasure for me to participate in this project, both personally and professionally.
